Terms & Conditions

ALL WORK MUST MEET THE PUBLISHER'S STANDARDS FOR QUALITY AND CONTENTS. THE PUBLISHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL ANY ADVERTISEMENT THAT DOES NOT MEET THE PUBLISHER'S STANDARDS.

  1. Payment - a 50% deposit is required with space reservation contract. Balance is due at mechanical deadline. Payment in full with contract for new advertisers.
  2. Ad rates are based on advertising material submitted as camera ready mechanical, composed negatives or computer disk with composed art in acceptable formats. Client will incur cost of making ads into camera ready mechanicals.
  3. For any advertisement requiring halftones, camera artwork, typesetting or other production work, the advertiser will be charged for cost of such work.
  4. Advertiser agrees to pay shipping and import charges on all material sent to publisher.
  5. In the event any sums due under this contract are not paid within 30 days of the date of the first invoice or, if no invoice is rendered, the date of this contract, the same shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month or the highest rate allowed under Florida law, whichever is greater.
  6. In the event it is necessary to institute any legal proceedings or collection measures to collect any sums due under this contract, advertiser agrees to pay any and all reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the publisher or its agents including appellate attorney's fees.
  7. When space is contracted and no copy or art instructions have been recieved by publisher's mechanical deadline, a $50 blueline insertion fee will be charged or advertiser will forfeit deposit. Contract may not be cancelled after space reservation deadline.
  8. Advertiser assumes all liability for contents of all advertisements printed and also assumes responsibilities for any claims made there-from against the Film Florida Publishing Company and/or any affiliates.
  9. Positions are not guaranteed.
